Our process

We have heard that a major concern between clients and building companies is the lack of regular communication. At Diamond Plus we keep you in the loop, and up to date with your project's progress. Regular meetings are scheduled, to discuss the development of your new home or renovation along with the support of progress photos, phone calls and emails.

IDEA & START

This phase is all about us getting to know you, your home and what you’re hoping to achieve. By the end of this stage you’ll have a set of concept plans (including 3D images) and an estimate of what it will cost to make the changes to your home. This is the most important stage, so for the best outcome it shouldn’t be rushed and needs the input from an experienced expert.

DESIGN & CRATE

We get technical. We take all your ideas that were mapped out originally and ensure that each of them are physically possible to do (especially pertinent on large renovations including a lot of structural work) by passing them onto engineers who diligently assess every detail of the physical build, to ensure a strong, safe and compliant construction process.

BUILD & FINISH

The day is finally here! Our builder arrives on site, tradespeople start buzzing around and soon your renovation project is in full swing! All of the initial design and planning processes are coming together, with the tradespeople and materials all fitting in place to put the building puzzle together! Each part of the building process has been planned and is now translated into action as your home begins to be transformed.
